He holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University Maryland. His professional journey includes impactful roles such as Vice President of Finance and Operations at VIVA Entertainment, LLC, and COO/CFO at New Vision Properties, LLC. Notably, Jason has managed to raise over $1 billion in debt and equity for various growth initiatives and operations. His expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and team building has repeatedly earned recognition on the Inc. 5000 list for revenue growth. His leadership approach is marked by a strong commitment to leveraging technology to drive business performance and sustainability.

Michael Pouliot is a real estate investor and business owner with significant authority in the real estate investment space. As the CEO of EON Capital Partners, he oversees a diverse portfolio of income-producing housing across the US, including single-family rentals, flips, and institutionally-sized apartment complexes.

After starting his career in the Northeast, Michael settled in Boulder, Colorado in 2018 with his wife and three children.

He holds a CFA and CAIA charter and earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Boston University School of Business.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Michael and his family enjoy exploring all that Colorado has to offer.

Peter Carr brings extensive experience in operations, business development, and leadership to his role as Director of Product & Marketing at EON Capital Partners. Educated in Political Science & Economics at Howard University, Peter has made significant contributions to various companies, driving growth and operational excellence. His pivotal role at TomFerry International involved building a top-producing team and leading strategies that greatly enhanced profitability.

Previously, Peter was one of the top loan officers in the nation, closing over 150 deals a year, showcasing his expertise in financial transactions and customer relations. At Zillow Group, he was part of the team during a period when the company grew from $100 million to over $4 billion in annual sales, gaining valuable experience in the dynamic real estate market. At Gartner, he focused on strategic planning and client management, particularly in HR advisory services for mid to large enterprises. Peter's leadership style, grounded in the principles of servant leadership, emphasizes team empowerment and aligns with organizational goals.

His strategic vision and commitment to excellence are expected to drive innovation and efficiency in his current role, enhancing EON Capital Partners' position in the market.

J.D. Thorne is a recognized leader in the single-family real estate investment space, with extensive experience since "the Great Recession". He has offered his expertise to some of the largest REITs, iBuyers, and private portfolio owners, and now leverages this experience in his role at EON. J.D. holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a licensed real estate agent in Texas.

Passionate about his family, he and his wife dedicate themselves to raising their two children in Plano, Texas, enjoying frequent walks to the park.

Aaron has been in the single-family institutional space almost since its inception.  He has successfully launched a multitude of operations in Texas.  As a licensed real estate broker and former mortgage broker has helped Aaron shape a philosophy around asset selection and performance.  With a dedicated focus on ensuring that all aspects of risk associated with asset selection are considered.   With over 6,000 assets purchased, rehabbed, stabilized, and managed in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Aaron has developed a keen understanding of both macro and micro economic issues impacting our markets of operation.
